Each plan is one monthly price for the whole business: Starter covers one location and Premium covers up to 3. Every plan has the calendar, your clients, report cards, a website at an address we host and online booking from the first minute. What changes between them is how much you send and how many locations you run.

What is not extra
Replies are never counted
A text you type back to a client does not touch your allowance. Only the automated messages you send in bulk are counted — reminders and mass texts — because that is the part that scales with the size of your business.
Every staff member is included
Your plan is one price for the business, not per person. Taking on a second groomer does not change your bill.
Your website is included
A real site at an address we host, with online booking, on every plan. There is no domain to buy. Using a domain of your own is not available yet.
Setup and migration
We import your services, clients, pets and appointments from the files you export from your current system. Invoices, payments and report cards stay where they are. There is no onboarding fee.
Card payments
Taking card payments from your clients is optional and costs nothing extra from us — you pay our payment provider's own rate, and the money goes to your bank account, not through ours. Cash and everything else costs nothing at all.
If you joined us in early access
Nothing changes without you agreeing to it. We said we would never move you onto a plan you had not chosen, and publishing this page does not undo that — whatever was agreed with you in writing still stands.
Prices in US dollars, excluding any sales tax. When you choose a plan you pay the first month there and then, and it renews each month until you cancel.
The 7-day trial needs no card and is never charged; when it ends the account becomes read-only until you choose a plan. You can cancel from your account's Subscription page; your plan runs to the end of the month you have paid for. Changing plan once subscribed is done from the same page. How billing works.
