Pet grooming POS and checkout
Checkout that balances at the end of the day.
A pet grooming POS that takes the money quickly, gives it back cleanly when you have to, and has the numbers agree without a spreadsheet.

All of it, in detail
- Card, cash and split tender
- Card, cash, or half of each on one bill. Tips with suggested amounts at checkout.
- Cards on file
- Stored securely with the payment processor, never in our database, so staff can charge a no-show or late-cancellation fee to the card without a phone call.
- Refunds against a payment
- Give back all or part of a payment, card or cash, with the reason kept on the record.
- Prepaid packages
- Sell a block of visits up front, such as ten baths, and take payment as you would for anything else. At checkout, pay for a visit from the block instead of charging again, and see what is left on the client's page.
- Invoices that stay as issued
- A historical invoice shows what was actually charged, not what today's prices would produce.
- The day's totals, and the cash drawer
- A Money report of what came in by card, cash and other, tips by groomer and what is still owed, and a cash drawer counted against what it should hold.
Card details never touch our systems — payments run entirely through the processor's own secure components.
How it works in detail
- Taking payment — Card, cash, or a card already on file.
- Keeping a card on file — Saving a card for next time, and charging it later.
- The cash drawer — Opening, counting and closing the cash drawer.
- Refunds — Giving money back, in part or in full.
- Money and reports — What came in, by day, by service and by person.
