Help · Boarding and daycare
Booking a stay
Nights, units and what happens when you are full.
Book a stay takes a pet, the dates, and a unit. A stay is counted in nights, not days: a dog in on Friday and out on Sunday is two nights.
Units and capacity
Set up your runs, rooms or suites under Settings → Lodging. Each has a capacity, and the occupancy grid reads every unit night by night so you can see where the room actually is.
When you are full
A unit that is already taken for those nights is refused, and that cannot be overridden. A stay for several pets needs room for each of them. The override box on the booking form covers vaccination and minimum-stay warnings only.
Taking a unit out of service
A run being repainted is not available, but it is not gone either. Switch it out of service and it stops being offered from then until you switch it back.
Not available yet Taking a unit out of service for a set window of dates.
