Who is in the building
The occupancy grid, and printable cards for the run doors.
Occupancy is every unit against every night, so you can see what is free before you promise it. It shows a fortnight by default and you can stretch it to a month.
Stay cards
Stay cards, in the sidebar, are printable cards for the doors, showing everyone in the building on a given day rather than only the arrivals. Each one has the pet, the run, the nights, and the days of the week spelled out — so somebody walking past can see whether today is a going-home day.
Vaccination warnings on the card
A card flags a jab that has lapsed, and one that expires partway through the stay. The second is the one that catches people: valid on the day they arrive, not on the day they go home. A jab that was never recorded is not flagged on the card.
The nights on a card come from the same rule that bills them, so a card cannot say four nights against an invoice for three.
