Online booking
Letting clients book themselves, without losing control of the calendar.
Clients ask for a booking from your booking page. They type in their pet, pick a service and a date, and say whether morning or afternoon suits. They do not see live times.
Every online booking is a request
Requests arrive under Booking requests for you to accept or decline, and nothing enters the calendar until you say so. When you accept, you choose the actual time, and it goes through the same checks as any booking from the desk.
Not available yet Letting clients pick an exact time online, with bookings that confirm themselves if you choose.
See the roadmap — plans, not promises.
New clients
When you accept a request from somebody new, their client and pet records are created from what they typed, so you are not entering their details by hand.
A client says the page would not take their request.
For mobile bookings, their address may be outside the area your van covers on the day they asked for; the page tells them so. Otherwise ask what it said.
I want to keep a time free.
