Your first week

Set up in this order. Each step needs the one before it, and doing them out of order is the usual reason something looks broken.

1. 1 Your opening hours Settings → Business. The calendar refuses bookings outside these, so an empty week usually means hours were never set.
2. 2 Your services and prices Services and pricing. Give each one a realistic duration — this is what the calendar uses to work out whether something fits.
3. 3 Your staff Staff. Add everyone who needs to sign in, and give each of them a role. Somebody with no role can sign in and see nothing, which is deliberate.
4. 4 Their working hours Staff → a person → Hours. A groomer with no hours is never offered as available.
5. 5 Your clients and pets Either import them (see below) or add them as they book.

Why nobody can see anything yet

Roles decide what each person sees, and they are deliberately narrow. A groomer sees their own column and their own appointments; they do not see client phone numbers or the financial screens. If somebody is missing a page they need, change their role rather than working around it.
