Playgroups and checklists
Who can play together, and the jobs that have to happen.
Playgroups are your yards, each with a size of dog and a cap on how many go out at once; a dog with lapsed vaccinations cannot be put out. Which dogs get on is still your call — the software does not know. Checklists are the recurring jobs of the day — opening, closing, cleaning, handover — with a tick, a name and a time against each.
Not available yet Marking dogs that should be kept apart, with a warning before they share a yard.

Why a checklist is worth ticking
The tick records who and when. On an ordinary day that is admin. On the day something goes wrong, it is the difference between knowing what happened and guessing.
