The calendar is offering no times
The four usual causes, in the order worth checking.
Almost always one of these, and they are listed in the order that catches the most people.
- 1 Opening hours Settings → Business. The calendar refuses anything outside them, so a location with no hours set offers nothing at all.
- 2 The groomer’s schedule Staff → the person → Set their schedule. Somebody with no working hours is never offered, and if nobody has a schedule the calendar offers nothing at all — which reads as fully booked. Staff warns you about open days with nobody on.
- 3 Service duration A ninety-minute groom cannot fit a sixty-minute gap. Check the duration is what you actually take.
- 4 Mobile: does the van come that day? Days the van does not cover a client’s area are not offered at all.
