Finding a time on the phone
Answering "when can you fit Bella in?" while they are still on the line.
Find time is built for the phone ringing. Search for the client — the dog's name works, and so does any part of the phone number — and you get a short list of times that would genuinely work, with the reason for each.
Why the reasons matter
So you can say "Thursday at ten, with Dana, who did her last time" instead of reading out slots. It prefers whoever the client has seen before unless you ask for somebody specific.
Asking for one groomer
Choose them and everybody else disappears from the results. Leave it blank and you see the whole salon, ordered by who suits that client best.
It looks at the client's own home location rather than whichever location you last had on screen. It is the one screen in the app that does this, so that nobody gets booked into the wrong branch over the phone.
