Appointment reminders

What goes out, when, and how to change the wording.

Reminders are on by default and go out the day before. Settings → Messages shows every automatic message, when it sends, and what it says.

Changing the wording

Edit any template. The {curly} bits are filled in per client — the pet's name, the time, your salon name. Everything else is yours. If you type a placeholder we do not recognise it is left alone rather than sent as gibberish, but check the preview.

Turning one off

Each reminder has a switch. Turning it off stops it for everyone; it is not a per-client setting.
