Booking an appointment
Booking from Find a time, two dogs from one family, and what to do when a time is refused.
Open the client and choose Find a time. Pick the pet and the service, and you get times that actually work, each with the groomer and the reason. Book the one they want from the same screen.
Two dogs from the same family
On Find a time, choose Add another dog. Each dog gets its own row with its own service, and you can ask for a particular groomer on any row. Choose Together if possible to have different groomers work on the dogs at the same time, or one groomer back to back when only one is free, or One after another to have the dogs go in one at a time. Every time offered names each dog's groomer and start time, and Book puts the whole family on one appointment with one checkout.
Repeating is for one dog at a time. To set up a standing appointment, book each dog's series from its own Find a time.
When a time will not take
The refusal always says why: the groomer is not working, they are already booked, the salon is closed, or the service does not fit before closing. Fix the reason or pick another time.
A new booking cannot be pushed through over most warnings. Moving an existing appointment can: when you drag one somewhere that only breaks a soft rule, somebody with permission is offered "Move it anyway".
The exception is a van visit that Find a time held back because of the drive. Somebody with the override permission sees those times listed below the suggestions, with the reason, and can book one anyway.

Printing the day
The Print day sheet button on Today, and the Day sheet link on the calendar's day view, give you one location's day on paper: times, pets, services and groomers, with what to watch for beside each. Anyone who can see only their own appointments gets only their own. Phone numbers and addresses appear only for people who are allowed to see client contact details.
