Somebody cannot see a screen
Roles decide what each person sees, and they are meant to be narrow.
If a page is missing from somebody’s sidebar, their role does not include it. Change the role rather than working around it — Settings, then Roles.
The owner always sees everything
The owner role answers yes to every permission by design, including ones added in a future release. That is what stops a new feature being invisible to the only person who can grant it.
A groomer deliberately cannot see client phone numbers or the money screens. That is the default, not a fault.
