Two screens show different totals
Why Insights and Money are supposed to disagree.
They answer two different questions, and on any day where somebody pays late they will not match. That is correct, not a fault.
- Insights says what you SOLD. A groom done on Friday is Friday's work.
- Money says what you were PAID. If they settle on Monday, that is Monday's cash.
Which one do I want?
For "how busy were we and who did the work", Insights. For "what is in the bank and who still owes me", Money. The two are separate permissions as well, so somebody may have one and not the other.
A day looks emptier than it felt.
Cancellations and no-shows are counted apart from work done, because a day full of no-shows is busy and earns nothing.
My month starts on the wrong day.
Ranges are read in your salon's own timezone, so "this month" means your month. If it looks a day out, check the location picker first.
