Help · When something looks wrong
I am looking at the wrong location
How the location picker follows you between screens.
If you run more than one location, the picker at the top of the screen chooses which one you are looking at. Choosing one remembers it as you move between screens, until you choose another or sign out.
Insights and the overdue list deliberately show every location at once. They are consolidated views, so they do not follow the picker.

- The calendar is offering no times — The four usual causes, in the order worth checking.
- Somebody cannot see a screen — Roles decide what each person sees, and they are meant to be narrow.
- Something did not happen and there was no error — Where to look when the software stayed quiet.
- Two screens show different totals — Why Insights and Money are supposed to disagree.
- It will not let me book that time — Reading the refusal, and when to override it.
- I did something by accident — Undoing a mistake: what can be put right, what cannot, and what to do instead.
