Chasing what you are owed

The overdue list, and charging several cards at once.

The overdue screen is every invoice you have issued that is not fully paid, oldest first. Oldest rather than largest on purpose: a three-month-old debt is the one worth a phone call, and sorting by size buries it.

Charging cards in a batch

Where a client has a card on file, you can charge a run of them together — up to fifty at a time. It uses their most recent card.

You see every result

It runs while you watch rather than disappearing into a background job, so you see exactly which cards went through and which were declined. A decline you never find out about is worse than one you have to deal with.

Taking money and seeing who owes it are separate permissions. Anybody on the desk can see the list; charging a batch of cards is a deliberate extra.
