Help · When something looks wrong
It will not let me book that time
Reading the refusal, and when to override it.
A refused booking always says which rule stopped it. It is worth reading rather than trying a nearby time until one takes — the reason is usually something you want to know about.
"The groomer is not working then."
Their schedule does not cover it, or they have none at all. Staff → the person → Set their schedule.
"They are already booked."
Something else is in that slot. The calendar will show you what.
"The salon is closed."
Opening hours for that location, including a lunch gap if you have one. An appointment may not run across the gap.
"It does not fit before closing."
The service is longer than the time left in the day. Check the duration on the service is the time you actually take.
Booking over it anyway
A new booking cannot be pushed through over most refusals. Moving an existing appointment can, for the softer rules: drag it there and somebody with the override permission is offered "Move it anyway". Front desk staff do not have that permission by default, on purpose: a warning anybody can click through is not a warning.
The exception is a van visit held back because the van cannot get there in time. Find a time lists those below the suggestions for somebody with the override permission, each with the reason and a Book anyway button.
Not available yet Booking a new appointment over other warnings, such as a groomer who is already booked, as you can when moving one.
