Sending a report card
Photos and notes after a groom, and who can see them.
Open a finished appointment and choose Report card. Add photos, say how it went, and send. The client gets a link — they do not need an account or an app.
Who can make them
Groomers can create and send cards for their own appointments. Managers can see all of them. A groomer cannot read another groomer's cards.
The link
It works without signing in, which is what makes it usable, so treat it as shareable. It shows the pet, the photos and your notes — never the client's contact details or anything about their account.
